The Enrichment Program is not vendorized under the Social Recreation Program by the Regional Centers, so participants will need to pay out-of-pocket for these classes. Special Shine Programs

$240 per class

The Special Shine Program provides individuals with access to various Chinese language and social recreation programs. Programs are made accessible for children and adults of all ages, ability, and skill levels. All programs focus on helping individuals learn new ways of self-expression and social interactions, and each program offers unique benefits and skills.

CLASSES AVAILABLE: Must choose at least 2 classes:

  • Chinese/Zumba Class
  • Drawing Class
  • Baking Class

1:1 Swim Program with Aqua Adventure – City of Fremont

Aqua Adventure – Summer 1:1 Swim Program 2025

Dive into a world of aquatic adventure and social fun! Budding swimmers can immerse themselves in the joys of swimming while building confidence, strength, lasting friendships, and a newfound love for the water.

City of Fremont – Aqua Adventure is hosting 1-on-1 swim lessons that offer tailored instruction through engaging lessons, fun-filled games, and exciting challenges, ensuring each swimmer receives the attention and support they need to thrive. Whether you’re a beginner looking to be comfortable and have fun in the water or an experienced swimmer aiming to refine your technique, experienced instructors will guide you through every stroke. You’ll also have chances to connect with fellow swimmers during class. Come join the splash-filled fun and make a splash with new friends!

The swim program, offered by the City of Fremont Aqua Adventure, is designed to give everyone the opportunity to learn essential swimming skills.  Spots are limited and fill up quickly, so register early to reserve your swim session.

1:1 Beginner Music Program

$360 for 12 lessons (30-min session)

$540 for 12 lessons (45-min. session)

This program introduce beginner music concepts to new musicians. The 1:1 Music Program is intended to be for new music learners, teaching basic technique and concepts. It is an introductory program to help parents determine whether music is a passion for their child. Think of it as a launch pad into the world of music!

It is important to note that this program is not intended to advance students to the next musical level; however, through participation in this program, we hope your student is able to determine whether they would like to seriously pursue music elsewhere.
