Frequently Asked Questions
- Where can I get a clinical evaluation for my child?
Below is a list of clinics that provide psychological evaluations. This is in no way a comprehensive list nor is FCSN recommending
the qualifications of these clinics to provide services. Parents should use their own screening process when determining the
appropriate service for their child. Parents may also want to check with their primary care provider to see if they are able to make
a referral that may be connected with the insurance plan.
