Adult Day Program

FCSN Adult Day Program (ADP) is dedicated to providing well-rounded training and support based on your person-centered planning, goals, preferences, skills and needs. We offer an array of innovative classes, life enrichment activities and a variety of training to empower you for health, independence, productivity, friendship, happiness and community integration. Our training and support are offered in site-based or community-integrated settings.

RATIO: 1:3 or 1:4 Instructor-to-client ratio

Operating Hours: Monday through Friday, 5.5-6 hours/day (no summer or winter breaks)

Vocational Training

Participate in vocational training, learn job skills, contribute in volunteer work, seek competitive employment to become productive and vibrant community members. You can build job skills based on your interests to pursue.

Healthy Living Skill Training

Learn healthy lifestyle practices and living skills through a variety of innovative and fun classes, which includes exercise, dance, wellness, health education, COVID mitigation practices, healthy/ balanced meal preparation and housekeeping skills.

Life Enrichment

Explore interests, increase creativity, learn technology, enhance social skills, learn conflict resolutions and build self-confidence through an array of fun life enrichment activities: music, arts and crafts, drama, dance, board games, and many more.

 

Community Integration

Access community resources of your choice, integrate into community, socialize with general community members, involve in civil engagement, participate in community activities, build friendship and practice community safety awareness.

  • 18+ years old

  • A Regional Center client

  • Enjoy learning and integrating into community

  • Able to self-administer medication

  • Without medical complications
  • Without aggressive behaviors toward self or others
