FCSN is a non-profit
organization consists of families and individuals who share the
same love for special needs people. Most staffs are volunteers who
selflessly dedicate their time, money, and energy to help this population. Our dream is
to build a community where special needs children/adults and their
families can find love, hope, respect and support.
As a 501(c)3 tax exempt non-profit organization, we welcome your charitable contributions, cash or non-cash (stocks, car...). There are many ways to contribute to the FCSN, and your donation is tax deductible. Please click to find more about Becoming a Contributor.
Since early 2000, FCSN embarked on an ambitious Dream Project of “building a Dream Community to support special needs children/ adults and their families”. The most concrete part of the project was to build a community center as a foundation of our community. From 2002 to 2006, FCSN organized a series of fundraising concerts and galas to raise fund for FCSN Center. Thanks to the tremendous support from our members and the community, we have raised enough money to complete the Center construction in 2006. Please click to read more about our Dream Project. Your continuing and long-term support is critical to us to make our dream a reality and to serve more people in the special needs community.
FCSN Fundraising Gala 2008
FCSN held its fundraising gala at Santa Clara Convention Center on Saturday, 11/15. Over 800 guests showed up for this annual event on a warm evening. It was a fun gala with performances by our special children and adults, singer Joe Jr. and IDEA Band. Mimi's testimony has absolutely touched the audience. Many people stayed till late, dancing to the music of Joe Jr., and IDEA Band. Everyone, special needs or not, shared a good time. Music does transcend culture, age and all other differences.
